Over my career I have experienced a wide range of marketing disclipines and techniques. I have the benefit of working in a wide range of industries.
OK, I’m no millenial but I am thoroughly modern in my approach to marketing. I’ve implemented from scratch Thought Leadership Programmes using Social Media, setup Marketing functions and implemented large marketing automation projects. The thing I love about Marketing is that there’s always something new to learn.
Breadth of experience
Even though I don’t consider myself a techie, I’ve always been interested in new technologies and – in particular – how to use them. In my career I’ve been involved in some world-leading projects including:
- new models for print on demand books
- launch of IBM’s global e-learning system
- some of the first educational e-learning products in the UK (ok that was a very long time ago but it was cutting edge at the time!)
Winning hearts and minds
Creating a detailed plan or strategy is one thing, making it happen is another. As any Business Leader knows, it’s all about working winning hearts and minds. I have lots of experience not just in working with large teams but also working internationally.
I completely recognise that Organisations need to see some fast results. So, although I like to do thorough, systematic plans, the good news is that I work quickly and I will identify the quick wins for you: things your team can implement immediately which will deliver business benefits.
